Pam joined Tastefully Simple in October 2017. In this role, Pam oversees the management of Tastefully Simple's brand, including consumer insights, digital marketing, creative development and agency management, marketing effectiveness, social responsibility, sponsorships, product and culinary development. Given the power of digital marketing and database management, Pam also oversees the leveraging of Tastefully Simple's current capabilities to help engage, retain and grow our client and consultant audience while creating consumer awareness and advocacy, driving customer preference for the brand through all channels, every day.
In this role, Pam's responsible for linking the innovations and solutions of the company's products to clients and consultants leveraging all multi-channel outreach to clients and consultants.
Pam is a Chicago native and brings 20+ years of consumer-centric, multi-channel marketing to Tastefully Simple. Pam has held marketing leadership positions for start-ups to mature organizations including consumer loved brands consisting of The Enesco family of brands-Department 56, Gund and Enesco Gift, Sleep Number by Select Comfort and The Musicland Group.
