Avocado toast is a healthy choice that you can make soooooo many ways. Today I will share 5 of my faves. But first, my basic TS avocado mash: 1 avocado mashed with ¼ teaspoon Seasoned Salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Here we go!
- Bacon & Tomato. Featuring our Bacon Pepper Jam, this one is over the top, with fresh grape tomatoes and crumbled bacon on a toasted bagel.
- Caprese. Layers of juicy, ripe tomates and fresh mozzarella slices atop mashed avocado with a drizzle of Aged Balsamic Vinegar and a sprinkling of toasted pinenuts on Italian bread … perfection!
- Egg & Onion. A beautifully fried egg, a schmear of cream cheese and avocado rye, featuring our Onion Onion Seasoning – better than a NYC deli!
- Salsa. This delightful pairing of avocado and our delicious Corn, Black Bean Salsa is a match made in heaven.
- Spinach & Egg. A perfectly poached egg, a bed of fresh spinach leaves tossed with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil and a whole-grain toaster waffle. I’m not one to play favorites, but …(wink, nudge).
