May is one of my favorite months; up here in the northand, it’s (usually) spring, finally! And it's National Burger Month – woo hoo! Break out the grill, get outside, enjoy the fresh air and bask in the delightful aroma of a burger sizzling over hot coals. Mmmmm …
We have about 200 recipes for burgers on our website, and today I want to tell you about one of my faves: Buffalo Bacon Blue Burgers. I'm like Pavlov's dog with these things; my mouth starts to water whenever I think of them.
For starters, you stir French-fried onions right into the burger mix – and that, my friends, is a treat! It also features our delicious Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce. So much flavor and nothing artificial in this baby! Add some blue cheese and maybe a slice of bacon and you've got yourself one fantastic burger.
