It's also extremely versatile - you can make everything from pizza crust to "rice." In days gone by, it was often over-cooked and flavorless ... but those days are gone, my friends! Our recipe for cauliflower steaks will make you a fan.
Steaks? Yep, you read that right. When you cut thick chunks out of the center of the cauliflower, season them with Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning and grill them, you will be delightfully amazed. To start, prep your cauliflower by cutting off the leaves and greens.
Starting in the center of the cauliflower, cut 2-3 1-inch slices. Reserve the extra cauliflower for another recipe.
Brush each slice with olive oil.
Sprinkle with Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning, to taste.
Grill approximately 3-4 minutes, turning at least once.
