Did you know today is National Bundt Pan Day? Ok – I didn't either. But when I heard about it, I thought to myself, "Hmmm … I have one of those and I've never used it. Maybe I should give it a whirl, since there is a whole day dedicated to it!" Secretly, I also thought to myself that it also means I get to have cake. Any excuse to have cake is a good excuse in my book!
So I turned to our recipe search and came up with the recipe for Classy Chocolate Raspberry Bundt Cake. It combines BOTH of my favorite Tastefully Simple pound cake mixes and raspberry jam – what's not to love? It's so delicious and decadent. My daughter is an extra big fan with her undying love for everything chocolate!
I am definitely going to keep this in mind as a dessert for all the holiday gatherings coming up. It is absolutely beautiful, and adding a few fresh raspberries will add the pop of red and a holiday feel.
