Easy Garlic Snap Peas

Summer's too short, especially up here in the north. I spend as much time as possible outside. (Read: not in the kitchen.) I also love fresh summer veggies: tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, beans, peas ... So I'm always on the lookout for new and quick, recipes that make the most of all the veggie goodness. Toss first four ingredients together in a medium bowl until peas are well coated. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; add the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
