Everyday Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn, husks and silk removed
  • 6 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Everyday Grillin'™ Seasoning

Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine butter and Everyday Grillin' Seasoning; spread on each ear of corn. Wrap each ear of corn in foil. Grill 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Corn is done when it's golden brown and kernels are tender. Brush with any remaining butter mixture and serve. Makes 6 servings.

Tips and Hints

  • If you'd rather leave your corn in the husks for grilling, simply pull down the husks to remove the silk, butter the corn and pull the husks back up. The corn will steam inside the husks and will taste amazing.
    • If the husks aren't deep green, they may be a little dry. Soak the husks for an hour or so before grilling.
  • When using a charcoal grill, use the top shelf if you can. Sometimes the heat is a little challenging to manage and indirect heat will make it a little easier.
  • If you don't have a grill available, simply boil your corn for 10-12 minutes and apply the butter mixture. It will be very delicious that way, too.
  • Kids can help with this recipe, whether it's shucking corn, applying butter or wrapping in foil. It's all easy for them to do!
