Happy National Stuffing Day!
Whether you call it stuffing or dressing, many would argue that this bread-y deliciousness is the best part of Thanksgiving. Some bake it in the bird (not me … too mushy), some bake it alongside in a casserole, so as to produce the perfect, crispy top (yay!), some add the giblets (I'm out …) and some add cranberries (yay!). No matter how you make it – I would probably eat it. I am definitely on the stuffing bandwagon, and we have one of the best!
