Magic Chicken

Get out your magic wand, because today we are making Magic Chicken! This is an easy, batch cooking project that will allow you to “just say no” to rotisserie chicken. (Who knows what they pump into those things? And seriously, that business of picking the meat off for a recipe is just ... ew. No one likes to be up to their elbows in chicken goo.)

When you make a batch of Magic Chicken and freeze it in 2-cup packs you will be ready for super simple and wildly delicious meals and snacks! You can make it in either your slow cooker or your pressure cooker. You can shred it, dice it, or leave it whole. You can use all breasts, all thighs, or a combo of both (my fave). So flexible!
