Summer's here and that means lots of vegetables in the garden and at the Farmers' Market. Time to whip up one of my favorites: Margherita Flatbread Pizza. It takes just a few, simple ingredients and no time at all to make.

Preheat oven to 375°. Set aside ¼ cup Bountiful Beer Bread Mix. Combine remaining bread mix, water and olive oil. Mix until soft dough forms.
Set aside and let rest 15 minutes. Sprinkle reserved bread mix on a clean work surface. Place the dough on work surface and press down. Roll the dough very thin (about 1/8-inch thick) using a rolling pin.
Place on a greased baking sheet, prick with a fork all over to prevent crust from puffing while baking. Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.
Stir together Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix and crushed tomatoes. Spoon mixture over crust. Top with cheese and sliced tomatoes.
Bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and top with basil.
