Still thinking about what to make for Easter dinner? No worries – I got you covered! Here’s a few new recipes I’d like to share with you that will be perfect for Easter or anytime!

Ham is an Easter tradition at my house. It’s like the gift that keeps giving and showing up in meals all week long. Talk about meal prepping, huh?

What ham doesn’t have potatoes as a steller sidekick? These little golden potatoes are so easy to make – and fun to eat! A little tip: when slicing the potatoes, put two kabob skewers on each side of the potato at right angles to your knife. The skewers will prevent you from accidentally cutting all the way through the potato.

If you’re going to have some potatoes, you should probably have some carrots, too! But since your oven is full of ham and potatoes, I definitely recommend making a batch of Spinach & Herb Dip to dip some raw carrots into. Side note: you can also put this dip on your hasselback potatoes. (I may have tried it a few times already. It’s good!)

Now you’re ready for desserts – yes, plural. (Some bunny has a sweet tooth and likes to have options.) Check out this Funny Bunny Cheese Ball:

Or if you’re feeling more in the mood for a cookie, these Springtime Snickerdoodles are delightful with tea.
