I roast chicken all the time. It’s easy, delicious and I can change things up by adding any Tastefully Simple seasoning for variety. No more boring chicken!
Typically I roast chicken and prepare potatoes or rice and a vegetable separately. I like taking the time to prepare a chicken dinner for my family; the aroma of this classic comfort food is amazing, and sitting down to enjoy it with my family is the best.
Then it’s time for clean-up. Sigh. While I enjoy preparing the meal, I’m not a fan of cleaning up all the pots and pans after. I want to sit down to a meal with my family and then get on to other things outside the kitchen.
Enter the one-pan meal. I stumbled upon the best of both worlds creating this easy one-pan chicken recipe. The vegetables are drizzled with Avocado Oil – a pantry staple in my kitchen – then everything is seasoned to perfection with Malt Vinegar French Fry Seasoning and roasted for a one-pan meal in about an hour. One pan! Brilliant, and oh so good.
