True confession time: For me, a little pumpkin goes a long ways. I like pumpkin well enough, but typically my annual consumption is limited to a thin sliver of pie on Thanksgiving, heavy on the whipped cream, please.
On the other hand, one flavor I could – and do – eat all year long is cream cheese. Honestly, is there any recipe that can't be improved by adding cream cheese? (That's a rhetorical question. The answer is no.) So when I learned about Tastefully Simple's new Autumn Apple & Pumpkin Cheese Ball Mix, I was all on board.
Right now the Internet is exploding with pumpkin-themed recipes. One that caught my eye was pumpkin pull-apart bread. Sounds okay, but ... what if it were apple and pumpkin spiced cream cheese pull apart bread instead? I know that's a mouthful to say, but I was pretty sure it would be a delicious mouthful. So I decided to give it a try.
The original recipe is pretty basic: divide refrigerator biscuit dough into 16 slices, then slather each with melted butter and pumpkin puree, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, stack them in a loaf pan and bake. I followed this basic plan, simply substituting prepared Autumn Apple & Pumpkin Cheese Ball Mix for the canned pumpkin and spices. (I used whipped cream cheese for easier spreadability.)
I stacked the rolls and placed them in a log in a 9x5 loaf pan.
Then into a 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes, until the loaf is golden brown.
Warm from the oven, this pull-apart bread is delicious enough – but why not really take it over the top? I decided to drizzle a little warmed Pumpkin Caramel Sauce over the loaf before serving.
Now that's a pumpkin-palooza I could eat every day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by JMSTribe from So delicious! The Autumn Apple and Pumpkin cheese ball is wonderful- I used 1 packet to make a frosting for pumpkin bars, and the other I blended with cream cheese and marshmallow cream to make a fruit dip for apples. Both wew fab.
