Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

We've got pumpkin, yes we do! We've got pumpkin, how about you? September in my household is full of football games, getting back into the swing of routines and of course – PUMPKIN! I'm not joking when people have asked me, "Are you going to turn orange from how much pumpkin you consume?" Thankfully I haven't gotten that far into my pumpkin obsession, but I can say it's a daily food group for me in September and October. 

I kicked off my pumpkin obsession a little early (mid-August) when my co-worker Rebecca told me about the Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal she created. O.M.G. Best way to start the day. Oatmeal not your thing? Give this Pumpkin Yogurt Parfait a try. For snack time, add Pumpkin Caramel Sauce to apples for these adorable Apple Monster Mouths. My grandma also always taught me, "Life's short: eat the dessert, buy the shoes and take the trip." So gobble up Pumpkin Pecan Bread Pudding or Apple, Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake.
