Lightened-Up Hearty Breakfast Bake
If you're looking for a healthier, lighter breakfast or brunch casserole, this one's just the thing. It combines wholesome vegetables, turkey bacon and eggs in a simple-to-make bake. This is actually my favorite recipe of the three I am featuring today. I brought the leftovers for lunch for the next few days and it was absolutely delicious!
