Taco Cups

I was recently asked to bring an appetizer to a football party. As I was debating what to bring, tacos came to mind. They are always a hit and there are so many different variations and ways to mix them up! These taco cups are absolutely delicious and worked perfectly! In fact, my kiddos wanted me to make them for lunch. So I did. My family went wild over them! They take everything you love about tacos and elevates it to a whole new level of cuteness! Appetizer or lunch, these are sure to be a hit. And, they're so EASY!

Enjoy!

Tips and Hints

  • If you like a little more spice, just add more Fiesta Party Seasoning.
  • You could also put some refried beans in the bottom of your cups before adding the turkey and cheese.
  • Guacamole would make a great topper.
  • These cups are also great re-heated. They get a little chewy in the microwave, but are still delicious. They would re-heat beautifully in a warm oven.
  • If your family prefers beef to turkey, you can substitute ground beef. Be sure to drain the fat off the beef before you add the taco seasoning.
