Thanksgiving is coming (yay!) and inevitably there are turkey leftovers. For some (like me) this is a great joy – we don’t make turkey very often, so we enjoy the heck out of it when we do. For others, once is enough.
Either way, you can only eat so many turkey sandwiches, so today, we have three fantastic recipes that will deliciously TRANSFORM your leftover turkey into things you will crave all year long.
Turkey Cherry Pasta Salad:
This fresh and tasty salad is a wonderful way to enjoy your leftover turkey in a whole new way.
Corn, Black Bean Enchiladas:
Thanksgiving leftovers in an enchilada? Yes! Now THAT'S a transformation! This one is a family favorite.
Honey Teriyaki Peanut Dip:
Toss your turkey leftovers in the freezer, then make this absolutely divine dip for New Year’s Eve. It’s the perfect way to tantalize your taste buds with noise-makers and champagne.
PS. I can't resist one more … Thanksgiving dinner, but it’s PIZZA! Check out the recipe here »
