    Wow, it's really good!!

This gets spicier and tastier as it rests, so if you're not into heat like I am, use half a packet or 2 bricks of cream cheese. When first mixed, before setting in the fridge and balled, it's amazingly delicious as a softened spread and a perfect dip for fresh veggies or even just spread on a bagel or cornbread. As a cheese ball the next day, it's got a bite, but the heat is very well balanced by the honey. We loved it on triscuits, pita chips, and tortilla chips, but it was especially great spread on soft shell tacos!

The sweetness of the honey is the perfect compliment to the spicy jalapeno. It makes a great dip for fresh veggies when made with sour cream.

    Jalapeno Honey Cheese Ball

This was soooo good. Not too sweet and just a mild kick. We ate the cheese ball with celery and Triscuits, crackers, even on toasted English muffins for breakfast.. My husband told me to order another one to have on hand for when company comes because he knew it would be gone before they got here
