- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until a drop of water sizzles. Lightly brush pan with oil or melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan.
- Whisk together all ingredients and allow batter to rest for five minutes while pan is heating.
- Pour ⅓-½ cup batter into the pan for each pancake; allow to cook until small bubbles form on top of batter and underside is golden brown; flip and cook until done, about 2-3 minutes.
Makes about 12 (5-inch) pancakes.
Serve hot with butter and syrup of choice.
