Preheat oven to 325°. Combine ingredients in large bowl;blend well. Do not over mix; batter will be lumpy.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely. Makes about 10 servings.
High Altitude Preparation:
Increase water by 2 Tbsp. and add 1/3 cup flour.
