Almond Blackberry Cake Recipe

Absolutely Almond Pound Cake, Fresh Blackberries and Our New Blackberry Syrup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9 X 15 pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine pound cake mixes with water and melted butter. Mix well. Fold in Blackberries. Pour into pan. Take the 4 Tbsp of Blackberry Syrup and drizzle all over top of cake. Bake until done. For Topping: Mix softened Cream Cheese, Whipped Topping and 1/4 cup of Blackberry Syrup together until its mixed very well. Once cake is cool. Top with the Whipped topping mixture. If you want to decorate it you can add fresh blackberries to the top as well.
