Peel and chop apples, place in saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add Mulled Wine Mixer once apples start to warm and simmer. Continue stirring and simmering until apples are soft and the mixture is the desired consistency.

fast and spicyThis was something to entertain me in the 'stay home, stay safe'. It is easy, fast, and just a bit of spicy. I used gala apples. I did use a blender to smooth it out instead of keep cooking. I also added a bit of water to keep the apples from toasting on the bottom.
