  • ½ cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons OR 1 Dinner Mixer packet Simply Salsa Mix
  • 2 leftover Artichoke & Spinach Stuffed Chicken
  • 2 extra-large flour tortilla wraps
  • Tomato slices, shredded leaf lettuce, thinly sliced red onions

This is a leftover recipe for Artichoke & Spinach Stuffed Chicken.

  1. In small bowl, combine ranch dressing and Simply Salsa™ Mix.
  2. Reheat chicken; slice and place in tortillas. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, onions and half the salsa ranch dressing.
  3. Roll up, burrito-style, and slice in half. Serve with remaining dressing for dipping.

Makes 2 servings.

Work Lunch Suggestion: Place dressing in 2 small storage containers; place lettuce, tomato and onions in 2 storage bags. Continue with step 2.
