This is a leftover recipe for Asian Pork Burgers and Carrot & Apple Salad.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave chopped burgers on HIGH 1-1½ minutes or until hot.
- Spread wraps with honey teriyaki mayonnaise. Top with reheated burgers, Carrot & Apple Salad, shredded leaf lettuce and spicy pickles, if desired.
- Roll up burrito-style. Cut in half.
Makes 2 servings.
Work Lunch Suggestion: Place chopped burgers in 2 microwave-safe storage containers. Divide remaining ingredients between 2 storage containers. Refrigerate up to 1 day ahead. Continue with step 1.
