  • 2 servings leftover Asian Pork Burgers, chopped
  • 2 extra-large flour tortilla wraps
  • 2 servings leftover honey teriyaki mayonnaise
  • 2 servings leftover Carrot & Apple Salad
  • ½ cup shredded leaf lettuce
  • Spicy sandwich pickles, optional

This is a leftover recipe for Asian Pork Burgers and Carrot & Apple Salad.

  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave chopped burgers on HIGH 1-1½ minutes or until hot.
  2. Spread wraps with honey teriyaki mayonnaise. Top with reheated burgers, Carrot & Apple Salad, shredded leaf lettuce and spicy pickles, if desired.
  3. Roll up burrito-style. Cut in half.

Makes 2 servings.

Work Lunch Suggestion: Place chopped burgers in 2 microwave-safe storage containers. Divide remaining ingredients between 2 storage containers. Refrigerate up to 1 day ahead. Continue with step 1.
