Bacon Bacon Tarts Recipe
Enjoy a simple brunch tart with eggs and Bacon Bacon.
- 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
- 5 tsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) tube crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 375°. In small mixing bowl, beat first 2 ingredients until smooth. Add Bacon Bacon, eggs, cheese and green pepper. Separate dough into 8 triangles; press into bottom and up sides of greased muffin cups to form crust. Divide egg mixture among 8 lined muffin cups. Bake at 375°; for 18-22 minutes. Makes 8 appetizer servings or 4 brunch servings.
