  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese/mozzarella
  • 5 oz. thinly sliced deli ham,chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tube large refrigerated flaky biscuits

Combine first 5 ingredients.Split biscuits into thirds and press into bottom and up sides of ungreased mini muffin cups. Fill with approx 1 tablespoon cheese mixture and bake at 450° for 9-11 minutes. Let stand for at least 2 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 24 servings.
