Balsamic & Basil Greek Salad Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 - 8 cups torn Romaine lettuce
  • 2 diced medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. halved Greek olives

Combine first 3 ingredients; whisk until blended. Place remaining ingredients in large salad bowl, pour dressing over; toss to blend. Makes 3-4 servings.
