- 2lbs Ground Beef (turkey or sirloin)
- 6 slices any cheese (Muenster, Emmentaler, or Gouda recommended)
- 8 hot dog buns or 24 Hawaiian rolls
Heat oven to 350. Mix first 4 ingredients well. Do not over mix or your beef will be dry and tough. Spread mixture out flat on 11x17 baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Drain. Meanwhile, slice hot dog buns into thirds while keeping tops and bottoms together. Cut beef into 24 small squares. Cut cheese slices into quarters and place on the burgers. Serve on buns.
Rated 5 out of 5 by WeLOVETS from Delicious Sliders! Our family loves this recipe! I use a chuck tender roast instead of ground beef or turkey and it is amazing. I also throw it all in the crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours. I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by busymomof2 from Perfect Party Food for Kids and Teens! I made these for a get together with the cheer team and they went over so well that my teenager requested them when she had her friends over. I love that they were quick and very little prep! We put slices of cheese on top and put them back in the oven for a minute before we cut them into squares with our pizza cutter!
