Mix the Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze into meat. Form 4 patties; grill 4 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, sauté mushrooms in butter. When the burgers are done, place one on each bun. Top each patty with cheese, mushrooms, tomato and lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
