Sauté pork in vegetable oil until lightly browned on all sides (if you prefer, it’s not necessary to brown the pork); place pork in greased slow cooker. Add next 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Cover, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Combine remaining Bayou Bourbon Glaze and cornstarch; stir to blend. Pour mixture into stew; stir gently until sauce thickens and stew is hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
