  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce, divided
  • 1¾ tablespoons (or 1 Dinner Mixer Packet) Onion Onion Seasoning
  • Tortilla chips
  • 2 servings leftover Smoky BBQ Bacon Burgers, chopped
  • Optional toppings of your choice such as black beans, crumbled bacon, sautéed onions and peppers
  • 2/3 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • Optional garnish toppings of your choice such as chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, sliced black olives, sliced green onions

This is a leftover recipe for Smoky BBQ Bacon Burgers.
  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream, 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce and Onion Onion™ Seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Divide tortilla chips between 2 large microwave-safe plates. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce. Top with chopped burgers, desired toppings and cheese.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Garnish with desired toppings. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired. Serve with BBQ sour cream.

Makes 2 servings.

Work Lunch Suggestion: Prepare step 1. Divide between 2 storage containers. Place burgers, desired toppings and cheese in 2 storage containers. Place tortilla chips in 2 storage bags. Place desired garnish toppings in 2 storage containers. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Continue with step 2.
