BBQ Shrimp Dip Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz. shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and chopped
- Assorted crackers
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine Onion Onion™ Seasoning and water in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave 30 seconds. Let stand 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce and Onion Onion™ Seasoning mixture to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium, mix until well combined.
Stir in chopped shrimp. Transfer to a greased, shallow oven-proof serving dish or 1-quart casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven. Before serving, let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Serve with crackers. Makes 8-10 servings.
