  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1½-2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 servings leftover Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli
  • 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup chopped cucumbers
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

This is a leftover recipe for Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli.
  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
  2. Place leftover beef and broccoli in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until hot.
  3. Place beef and broccoli in warmed tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients and Sriracha mayo.

Makes 2 servings.

Work Lunch Suggestion: Prepare step 1 and place in 2 small storage containers. Place remaining ingredients in storage containers. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Continue with step 2.
