Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; gently stir in dried cranberries and ½ cup pecans. Spread batter in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Combine ¼ cup pecans, oats and honey, using 2 forks to blend. Distribute evenly over the top, slightly pressing into the batter. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
