In a large roaster, place ham on a rack skin side up. Make 1/4 inch deep slices across the ham in a diamond pattern. Brush on mustard, making sure to get in the grooves. Pack brown sugar on the outside, also getting in the grooves. Finally pour the bottle of Bayou Bourbon Glaze over the top. Bake covered according to directions on ham. For the last hour, remover lid and baste every 10-15 minutes with the juices. Makes 10-12 servings.
