Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Pour syrup mixure into a deep greased 9 x 13 baking pan (or place a large baking sheet underneath to prevent spills). Place 6 slices of Bountiful Beer Bread on top of syrup. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla together in a large bowl; pour half of egg mixture over bottom layer of bread. Top with remaining slices of bread; pour remaining egg mixture over bread.Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
