Whisk together all ingredients, adding add'l milk if needed. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over med-high heat. Pour or ladle the batter onto pan using approx. 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Brown lightly on both sides and serve hot with warm maple syrup or topping of your choice.

A family favorite!We've made these several times and they are delicious! I make half with pecans and half without because my kids don't like nuts but hubby & I love them! Recipe makes A LOT so we always have leftovers... honestly, I like them just as they are right out of the fridge as a snack, but they are good warmed up too!
