Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients; pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake about 1 hour or until set. Makes 8-10 servings. Tip: Casserole may be stored in the refrigerator overnight and baked in the morning.

I made 1/2 the recipe in a 8X8 pan which worked well; then we froze some of the pieces for a quick microwave another day. Next time I'll add some multi-colored peppers and mushrooms for color and texture..
