  • 2 servings leftover Chicken & Broccoli Quiche, chopped
  • ½ cup pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 extra-large flour tortilla wraps, warmed

This is a leftover recipe for Chicken & Broccoli Quiche.
  1. In microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped quiche and beans. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Toss with next 4 ingredients. Divide between tortilla wraps. Roll up burrito-style and cut in half.

Makes 2 servings.
