  • 8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls, baked as directed
  • 1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Line bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan with baked crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cooked sausage. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and Spinach & Herb Mix. Pour over sausage and crescent rolls. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until eggs set. Makes 8 servings.
