In a small saucepan combine first 3 ingredients, simmer 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the English muffin halves in oven under broiler for a few minutes until lightly toasted. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray and fry eggs with Seasoned Salt, stirring often until mixture forms soft curds. Spread tomato mixture on muffins. Top with scrambled eggs, bacon, onions and cheese. Place on baking sheet and set under broiler until cheese is melted, 1-3 minutes.
Tip: These freeze well and are easy to warm in the microwave.
