Roll out crescent rolls onto 9 x 13 baking pan; press seams together to form crust. Bake at 400° for 6-7 minutes; set aside. Whisk eggs, onions, Spinach & Herb Mix and pepper together. Cook eggs in greased skillet until just set. Do not overcook. Sprinkle sausage over crust; pour egg mixture over top. Top with cheese. Bake at 400° for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Makes 12-15 servings.
