Preheat oven to 400°. Pour 1 inch of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add broccoli, cover and reduce heat to medium; cook 5-6 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
Lay cooled broccoli out on paper towels. Cover with more paper towels and press out the extra moisture. Finely chop broccoli and place in a medium bowl. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Grease a mini muffin pan with a small amount of Avocado Oil on a paper towel. Fill each muffin cup with broccoli mixture; pressing down so that the "bites" are nice and compacted.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until tots are starting to turn golden brown around the edges.
