Mix buffalo dip with cream cheese; place in refrigerator. Boil water to cook pasta.
While waiting for water to boil, dice celery and chicken into thin slices. Place together in a pan and cook until chicken is not longer pink, about 5-10 minutes. Boil noodles as directed. Once chicken mixture is done cooking, drain off any excess liquid. Add in cream cheese mixture and milk. Heat through.
Pour sauce over prepared pasta. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and blue cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
