Caramel Apple Martinis Recipe

  • 5½ cups hot water
  • 1 package Caramel Apple Cider Mix
  • 2 cups vodka
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 small Granny Smith apples


  1. In a half-gallon pitcher, combine water and Caramel Apple Cider Mix. Stir to dissolve. Let cool slightly.
  2. Stir in vodka. Chill 2 hours or up to overnight.
  3. Place lemon juice in a shallow dish. Slice apples crosswise into 12 thin, disc-like slices; gently remove seeds. Cut a slit into each slice. Dip into lemon juice and pat dry. Place on rim of 12 martini glasses.
  4. Stir martini mix. Pour into glasses.

Makes 12 servings.
