Preheat oven to 375°. Season steak with salt and pepper. In large skillet fry steak until cooked through (approximately 6-7 minutes); remove from heat. Place pizza dough on a greased 11 x 17 baking sheet; press dough into a 10 x 14 inch rectangle. Sprinkle ¾ cup cheese on top of dough leaving 2" border on all edges. Top with beef and spread on Caramelized Onion Dip Starter; sprinkle with Spinach & Herb Dip Mix and ¾ cup cheese. Brush edges with some of the egg wash. Fold the bottom and top edges over the filling and roll sides to form a 6 x 14 inch roll. Slide to middle of pan if desired. Brush the outside of the stromboli with the remaining egg wash. Bake 30 minutes; sprinkle on the remaining cheese and bake an additional 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
