Combine first 9 ingredients; blend well. Roll meat mixture into about 48 1-inch meatballs. Bake on greased baking sheet at 400° for about 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center. To serve, skewer 1 tomato, 1 parsley leaf and 1 meatball with a cocktail pick and place on serving platter. Serve immediately. Makes about 48 appetizers.
