Cherry Zinfandel Club Wraps Recipe

ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 extra-large flour tortilla wraps
  • 3 cups mixed greens or chopped leaf lettuce
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; toss to coat.
  2. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas. Top with mixed greens, avocado, tomato and cheese.
  3. Fold in sides, and roll up burrito-style. Cut wraps in half.

Makes 6 servings.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with sweet potato waffle fries or fresh fruit.
