This is a leftovers remix idea for Slow Cooker Chicken Fettuccine.
- In medium microwave-save bowl, combine refried beans, chicken, cheese and Simply Salsa Mix. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving 30 seconds.
- Spread bean mixture over center of tortillas. Top with rice, if desired, and optional toppings. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up, burrito-style. Cut in half.
Makes 2 servings.
Work lunch suggestion: Divide refried bean mixture between 2 microwave-safe containers. Place desired toppings in separate containers. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Continue with step 1.
