Chicken Taco Wraps Recipe
These flavorful wraps can be adjusted to your liking. Serve with a side of Spanish rice for a complete, simple meal.
- 1 lb. cubed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine first 7 ingredients; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer chicken to serving bowl. Place remaining ingredients in separate bowls. Have each person build their own wrap. Makes 4 servings.
